2. Wrap the Trimmer Around Your Waist

3. Secure It Snug (Not Too Tight!)
Use the Velcro strap to fasten it—tight enough to stay in place, but comfy enough to move and breathe.
4. Get Moving
Wear it during cardio, lifting, walking, or any workout to turn up the heat and boost sweat.
5. After Your Workout
Take it off, wipe off any sweat, and hand wash it with mild soap. Let it air dry completely before storing.
